The direct booking is intended for the rental of the entire tourist accommodation at La Casita de Cloe for the dates selected by the guest and confirmed by the accommodation.
The property is rented in full and exclusively for temporary tourist use.
A booking request will not be considered definitively accepted until La Casita de Cloe expressly confirms availability and, where applicable, receives the agreed payment or deposit.
The confirmation will be sent by email or other durable medium and will include at least the stay dates, number of guests, total price and applicable conditions.
The price of the stay will be the one communicated to the guest before confirming the booking, including the applicable items informed in each case.
The booking may require payment of a deposit or advance payment. The remaining balance, if any, must be paid in the manner and within the period indicated in the booking confirmation.
Until the direct booking system is fully operational, the accommodation may individually inform the accepted payment method for each booking.
All guests must provide the necessary details for traveller registration in accordance with the applicable regulations before or upon arrival at the accommodation.
The booking holder will be responsible for ensuring that all occupants comply with this obligation.
The guest undertakes to use the property and its facilities diligently, respectfully and in accordance with rules of coexistence, hygiene and safety.
Use other than tourist accommodation is not allowed, nor are annoying, unhealthy, dangerous, illegal activities or activities that disturb neighbours.
The occupancy of the accommodation may not exceed the maximum number of guests authorised and communicated for the property.
People not included in the booking may not stay without prior authorisation from the accommodation.
Cancellations and booking changes will be governed by the Cancellation policy applicable at any given time and by what is stated in the booking confirmation.
Failure to arrive on the agreed date and early departure may lead to the application of the financial conditions provided in the cancellation policy or booking confirmation.
If for reasons attributable to La Casita de Cloe it is not possible to provide the accommodation under the confirmed conditions, the amounts paid by the guest will be refunded.
Where possible, the accommodation may offer an alternative of similar characteristics, without prejudice to the guest’s right to reject it and request a refund.
Neither party shall be liable for non-performance resulting from force majeure or unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
In accordance with consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tourist accommodation services contracted for specific dates or periods.
The accommodation has official complaint forms available to users in accordance with the applicable regulations.
The personal data provided by the guest will be processed in order to manage the booking, the stay and the legal obligations associated with tourist accommodation.
Detailed information on the processing of personal data will be provided in the corresponding privacy policy.
These conditions are complemented by the House rules and the Cancellation policy, which form part of the information applicable to the booking.
