House rules

These rules are intended to ensure a comfortable, safe and respectful stay both for guests and for the property and its surroundings. Thank you for reading them before your arrival.

1. Occupancy of the accommodation

  • The maximum authorised occupancy of the property is 5 guests.
  • Persons other than those included in the booking may not stay without prior authorisation.

2. Guest identification and check-in

  • All guests must provide the necessary details for traveller registration in accordance with the applicable regulations.
  • Please complete the check-in process before arrival, following the instructions provided by the accommodation.

3. Check-in and check-out times

  • Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., unless otherwise agreed or flexibility has been previously confirmed.
  • Check-out must take place before 12:00 noon.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are only possible if expressly accepted.

4. Quiet hours and good coexistence

  • Please respect the neighbours’ rest, especially at night.
  • Excessive noise should be avoided inside the property and, especially, in outdoor areas.
  • Parties, large celebrations and activities that disturb coexistence are not allowed.

5. Proper use of the property

  • The property, furniture and household items must be used with care and diligence.
  • The accommodation may not be used for purposes other than the contracted tourist stay.
  • Any illegal, dangerous, unhealthy or disturbing activity is prohibited.
  • Photographs or recordings for commercial purposes are not allowed without the express authorisation of the accommodation.

6. Smoking, vaping and electronic cigarettes

Smoking, vaping and the use of electronic cigarettes are not allowed inside the property.

Please also do not leave cigarette butts or waste in outdoor areas.

7. Pets

Pets are not allowed, except where legally required, such as assistance animals when applicable.

8. Bathroom, drainage and care of installations

  • It is forbidden to flush wet wipes or other unsuitable products down the toilet.
  • Please make responsible use of the kitchen, heating, electrical appliances and other elements of the property.

9. Garden, outdoor area and terrace furniture

  • Please store the cushions and bases of the outdoor furniture at night and whenever rain is expected.
  • If they get wet, they must be allowed to dry properly before being stored.
  • Careful use of the garden, terrace and outdoor equipment is appreciated.

10. Barbecue and outdoor elements

  • If the barbecue is used, please take extreme care and keep it away from the facade, furniture and other sensitive elements.
  • Any outdoor equipment must always be used with common sense and with respect for safety.

11. Bicycles and other items

Bicycles may not be brought inside the property. The accommodation provides a designated space for them.

12. Cleaning and basic care

  • Please leave the property in a reasonably tidy and cared-for condition at the end of the stay.
  • The general condition of the accommodation must be consistent with normal and respectful use of the property.
  • In cases of clearly excessive dirt or improper use, the corresponding extraordinary costs may be claimed.

13. Damage and breakages

  • Please report without delay any incident, damage or breakage detected during the stay.
  • Damage caused by negligent or improper use may be claimed from the booking holder.

14. When leaving the property temporarily

  • Please close the roof windows and other windows before going out.
  • It is also recommended to properly close doors, access points and the outside gate.

15. On the day of departure

  • Please take the rubbish to the corresponding bins.
  • Store the garden cushions in the chest.
  • Close windows and doors when leaving the property.
  • Turn off the lights and leave the house properly closed.
  • Close the outside gate when leaving.

16. Breach of the rules

Serious breach of these rules, the booking conditions or applicable legal obligations may lead to the early termination of the stay and, where appropriate, to a claim for the corresponding damages or costs.

17. Relationship with other conditions

These rules complement the Booking conditions and the Cancellation policy, which also form part of the information applicable to the stay.
