Description: Head from Plan (1,120 m) by road to the pools on the opposite side in the direction of the Puerto de Sahún and Chía. From there, follow PR-HU 37 along a comfortable track leading toward the Plan d´Escún reservoir until you reach the trailhead a couple of kilometers later. The trail climbs through the forested slopes of Peña d´el Mediodía. With a steep ascent, it crosses the course of the Ibón ravine. Emerging from the forest, it connects with the GR 15 trail coming from Saravillo and the Labasar Refuge and continues to the other side of the mountain toward Armeña and Barbaruens. Following the GR markings, you reach this magical and legendary Pyrenean lake (1,910 m), nestled in a small hanging glacial valley surrounded by peaks exceeding 2,600 m, where the enchanted Moorish maiden appears in its waters every Saint John's night. The return is via the same route.
Description: The path crosses 6 bridges (S-7 of the Natural Park). It starts 1 km north of San Juan de Plan, next to the parking that leads to Puen Pecadó. It follows the riverbank of the Zinqueta along traditional paths and mostly avoids the track that ascends to Virgen Blanca and the Viadós Refuge. This itinerary proposes a traverse (ending in a different place than the starting point), requiring vehicle coordination or a taxi. If done completely, time, distance, and elevation practically double. Each section between bridges over the Zinqueta can be done independently or in combination with the track to Viadós, forming 3 distinct circular routes: from Puen de Pecadó to Molín; from Molín to Hospital; and from Hospital to Virgen Blanca. Only be cautious in the stretch between the Biziele and Hospital bridges, where a section equipped with cables and supports helps to overcome the Canaletas pass, which has some verticality. This is a marked mid-mountain excursion that can be slightly shortened by exiting to the forest track. The section between the Biziele and Hospital bridges is the most demanding and takes more time compared to other parts of the route.
Description: From the Viadós Refuge (1,741 m), follow the red and white GR 11 marks across the huts and meadows of Viadós. At the fork of GR11 and GR11.2, follow the latter to cross the Zinqueta d´Añes Cruzes. The trail begins to ascend gradually along the right bank of the La Ribereta ravine, sheltered by the forest. Cross the lateral ravine of Las Tuertas and continue ascending. Around elevation 2,280 m, leave the main GR 11.2 trail, which continues to the Forqueta Pass, and turn right toward a rocky shelf where the dammed Ibón d´es Millars (2,353 m) rests beneath a steep rock cirque. Return via the same route.
